Exchange & Returns
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Exchanges: Available for a different size or color, if in stock.
Refunds: Sent within [7–14] days after we receive the item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by [bank transfer / mobile wallet].
Shipping: If the item is damaged or wrong, we pay shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.
